Facilitated by John Pellicci, please join us on Wednesday evening’s beginning in July for a powerful group meditation and wisdom talk. The beauty of the practice of meditation is that it allows us to rest into our deepest nature and discover transcendental bliss and authentic and lasting peace. To meditate within a group setting amplifies this experience immeasurably. John will serve to guide and inspire us through the profound teachings and practical techniques.
Treasure Coast Dharma Group
Meditation 6:30 - 7:00
7:00 - 8:00 Discussion
Continuation of the unfolding of Buddhist Teachings through the ages.
As usual, there will be a 30 minute meditation followed by the exploration of the first Buddhist council which was convened in the year following the Buddha's Parinibbana (final liberation, nirvana-after-death). As well as some of the teachings that came from the council known as the three baskets or tripitaka in Sanskrit. The teachings consist of Discourses, Discipline and Higher Teachings.
The Treasure Coast Dharma Group is a group to study and share the Buddha’s teachings, philosophy and meditation. All who have an interest in Buddha’s Dharma, beginner or experienced, all are welcome.
We get together here at Unity of Stuart every Wednesday, except on the 2nd Wednesday of each month we will meet at the Martin Co. Children's Services - just across the driveway from the Unity building. Just turn left as you enter the Unity driveway; there is plenty of parking. Come in the main entrance and go straight ahead into the splendid meeting room.

For better use of time, our meetings will now begin promptly at 6:30 P.M. with 30 minutes of meditation. Then 7:00 to 8:00 discussions.
We urge those who are new to meditation to arrive early for a brief instruction by one of our more experienced practitioners. Late comers, please quietly enter through the door leading into the back of the room.
