5 Steps to Change Your Life
#1 Disconnect from your world (find quiet time; meditate; do something truly relaxing in nature and or quiet)
#2 Centre yourself in the present, breathe, be here now
#3 Can I be defined by a vision of the future instead of the memories of the past? Work towards that in the now, this changes the brain right now, decide on the feelings, feel them.
#4 Rehearse in your mind who you are going to be when you open your eyes, review them over and over again.
#5 You can't go to the future holding onto the biology of the past, decide which thoughts to bring with you, and which to leave behind, which behaviors, habits e.t.c
